English 1020 1/24/11

In English 1020 today, I put two days of notes into one.  We went over the pretest today, reviewed parts speech, and writing the essay.  The students then had time to get a head start on their homework.

Tonight's homework:

• Review handbook section 3
• Read chapter 11
• Read "Living Environments" on page 592 and answer the "Comprehension and Critical Thinking" questions that follow

*Note:  You will be answering the "Comprehension and Critical Thinking" questions for each reading selection you do for this class!
